King fleet got a stranded owner operator contracted with us off the side of the road. You will find this owner operator has left them a one star review with a load of garbage as his excuse. Let me set the record straight. This owner operator signed on with us after convincing us he and what it took to live life OTR. Day one, he requests to send him out Otr. No request to start local. Wants to get the big bucks. We find him a decent load from Texas to Sacramento with 3 stops. End of day two, we get a call. Heβs broke down north of LA. Fluid everywhere. I do a face time with him. Judging from where I see the fluid splash under his truck mask him if the puddle is red. He shows me. Sure enough Iβm correct. Heβs blown a transmission line. I tell him he needs to call for roadside assistance. Surprise, he has no cash and no credit card. I guess heβs working on a wing and a prayer. I ask him if heβs ever done a service on the transmission. He relays he just bought it two weeks prior and while the mileage on the truck is under 100k (canβt remember the number) itβs well over the 50k service. I remind him he is an owner operator. We as the authority do not cover his expenses. He goes on that

SCAMMER ALERT β KING FLEET IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. This is not just a bad experience. This is negligence, dishonesty, and outright predatory behavior toward working drivers. I am a Texas hotshot trucker β this is how I feed my family. Every mile matters. Every hour matters. And KING FLEET nearly destroyed my livelihood. THE NIGHT IT STARTED Sunday night. Around 7PM. Los Angeles, California. Iβm stranded on a freeway median in active traffic with a diesel truck that just went down. No shoulder. No safety. No options. My leasing company contacts KING FLEET for emergency roadside repair. They send out a technician who claims he is βexperienced with diesel trucks.β That was the first lie. THE FIRST βREPAIRβ The mechanic replaces a small clip on my transmission line. Simple job β or at least it should have been. But what I didnβt know at the time? This βexperienced technicianβ: β’ Used the WRONG tools β’ Handled the part improperly β’ And worst of allβ¦ filled my truck with the WRONG TRANSMISSION FLUID I drove off trusting the repair β because thatβs what youβre supposed to be able to do. THE DISCOVERY β 500 MILES LATER Roughly 500 miles later, at a gas station, I noticed some

My truck Broke down on I-405. Ryder r roadside service partner Road King Diesel came over for towing my tractor and 40ft trailer. The technician Edwin definitely did an amazing job with professional skills and customer service consciousness. He figured out properly hook up my trailer which was different than all other trailers he had done before. He also respected my advice about dropping off the trailer at our yard, then only the tractor to the shop. Really appreciate that since the shop was small and my customer waiting for the loaded trailer. He drove the tow truck carefully with attentions, safety first. The best manners on the road. He deserves my appreciation.

The guys at Road King Diesel know what they're doing. They were very helpful in identifying our trouble and even pointed out and repaired a line that was leaking diesel into our engine. I definitely recommend them.
